YoungMinds supports parents and children through an information service and publications, and works with professionals to develop their understanding of children's mental health through training and consultancy work. It's all over bar the weeping and exhaustion!

Thanks so much to everyone for supporting me on this 26.2 mile journey. Your sponsorship and well wishes have been greatly appreciated and will help make a difference to people who really need it.

Marathon day was awesome. If you're considering it. Sign Up. You won't regret it, though you will be tired! I finished in 3 hours 13 minutes. I'll be doing it again soon. It was too good not to.
