Hello and Welcome to 'Angelina Our Star' Justgiving Page.

Angelina Our Star is an Appeal working with Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.

It has been set up in Memory of Angelina Vidler who sadly passed away in July 2008.

Angelina had Wilms' tumor, a rare childhood cancer.

The founders of this Appeal are:
Hilary, Carl and the Vidler Family

We Must raise Awareness of this Childhood Disease, Raise Funds to help
find out more on this Rare Illness that will hopefully help others.

Spread the news about the Website, Contact us, get involved, run an
Event in aid of the Appeal or Simply Donate.

There sadly is no dedicated Wilms research team in the UK as yet. If we
can raise Awareness and enough Funds to Support Great Ormond Street
Hospital - eventually we could ensure that Wilms tumor is researched, giving us and many others answers to the questions we need answered - 'Why ?', 'How ? ' and 'Can it be prevented?'.
We really need to save other 'Angel's' from Wilms. More research is
required. Only Appeal's like ours and help from You will raise much needed funds and increase awareness of this rare cancer.

Currently Donations will go to the Great Ormond Street Children's Charity towards Cell Research of Cancers and Clinical Trials.
