About the charity

Childcare - The Brentwood Catholic Children's Society, is a registered charity which provides counselling for children and young adults, up to the age of eighteen years regardless of their beliefs, together with their families, who could be experiencing emotional difficulties. The charity was established in 1984 with the aim to provide support and care for disadvantaged children throughout Essex and East London. There is no payment or donation required for our service and the funding is through voluntary donations. The charity receives no national or local government grants or provision. The prime focus of our work is to provide an early intervention service with families, children and young people and to enable them to address difficulties that may be impeding their educational, social and emotional development.
