About my charity : ChildLine ChildLine
ChildLine is the free helpline for children and young people in the UK. Children and young people can call at any time of the night or day. That's because ChildLine's helpline is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. But without help, that might change because of the lack of funds. ChildLine is in urgent need of funds so that we can continue to stay open overnight, which is when some of the most desperate children need us most.

PLEASE SPONSOR ME - EVERY PENNY COUNTS - HELP A CHILD TODAY

Well for those of you who know me you will know that if its for charity I'll do it!!

In my past I have ran 10 marathons in 10 days, dressed as a woman more times than I can remember, dressed as a Guy Fawkes (sittimg still has never been my fortae) and gave more time, energy and money than anyone I know.

I have now been lucky enough to be given the opportunity to complete next years (2009) London Marathon on behalf of Childline.  Although the money raised will go direct to Childline I will be completing this, my last marathon in memory of my very dear Mum, Doreen who passed away in June after a four year battle against cancer and this is my way of saying thank you for all she did for me.

Please remember by sponsoring me you will be helping children with no one or nowhere to turn to be supported through some very bad times. Please check the video and I hope like it did for me it spurs you into helping those less fortunate
