Missing People is the UK’s only charity that works with young runaways, missing and unidentified people, their families and others who care for them. As well as actively searching for missing people and supporting those who are trying to find them, the charity offers three other services: Runaway Helpline (for young runaways), Message Home (for missing adults) and Identification (helping to resolve cases of unidentified people).
We promote, on a national and international level, the charitable life-saving work of the various search and rescue dog associations of the UK and Ireland by collecting and distributing funds to the operational teams.
SAFE@LAST is a children's charity that works in South Yorkshire providing services for young people, 16 and under, who are at risk through running away.
STOP (Trafficking UK) is a new charity working to support trafficked people and raise awareness of the urgent problem of modern day slavery in the UK. STOP will work to co-ordinate the efforts of existing organisations, helping to ensure that victims of trafficking can access services that are appropriate to their needs. These services include (but are not limited to) access to safe housing, medical assistance, legal advice and victim witness co-ordination.
