My story

Its very hard when your baby pops out after 33 weeks and you need the support of a good Neonatal Unit to make sure that the little one and the parents baby make it through. Kingston Hospital have a very good unit and the Born Too Soon charity support their work.

So although the marathon is next week and I have left this late (should have taken Sally's lead and been a bit more premature), I still hope to raise some money. Plus given that George and I are expecting number 2  who knows what might happen as the bump grows bigger...

So please dig deep and find a fiver for a good cause. And I promise to race around the marathon in about 4 hours and will try not to cry or urinate too much this year. And if you find yourself watching, look out for me - I will be wearing running kit and a beer gut.
