My personal message:

I can now say I'm a marathon runner which feels pretty good. Crossed the finish line in 4.51.

It was a great day with lots of support on route and something I will never forget - either because of the pain between mile 18-23 or the joy of going past Buckingham palace and then seeing the finish line.
