My personal message:

Hello,

In a moment of madness I thought I could run 13 miles without stopping; naturally taking part in the world’s biggest half marathon seemed the obvious choice.

On the 5th October I will attempt the Great North Run, in doing so I want to raise as much money as possible for The Institute of Cancer Research.

Please show your support and sponsor me now, your generosity will be much appreciated.

Thank you!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Institute of Cancer Research & Everyman gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
