My story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.

In order to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support (and also to offset the bodily effects of a self-indulgent lifestyle), we cycled from Land's End to John o'Groats by tandem, starting on 23rd May 2008 and finishing on 13th June 2008.

We've chosen Macmillan because of the wonderful support they provided to Jonathan's Dad during his final illness. Macmillan provide financial support to St John's Hospice in Lancaster, who make such a difference to the last days, weeks and months of those with terminal illnesses - the staff at this hospice provided wonderful care and support to Jonathan's Dad, and to our extended family.
