As you can see, our total keeps going up and up, we have nearly £700,000 !!!  it's absolutely amazing, and I would like to sincerely thank everyone for their amazing generosity.  Reading the messages below have been a real pleasure and touching experience for me.

I am extremely proud to announce that we have presented a cheque to Ruth Plummer for £500,000 for the Sir Bobby Robson Cancer Trials Research Centre at the Freeman Hospital which I am honoured will carry my name and to know that the people of the North East will be the very first to benefit from this state of the art facility.   We are now currently working with regional cancer projects to identify priority need for funding and I will keep you up to date on what's happening.

There are a lot of  fundraising events taking place over the coming months which I am absolutely thrilled about and I am trying to attend one or two of them, but I am sure you will understand that I cant attend them all  - I wish I could because I would love it - but it would be impossible for me, and I hope everyone understands.

Every penny we raise will help cancer sufferers in the North East .......... PLEASE KEEP DONATING AND FUNDRAISING - IF WE COULD RAISE £1 MILLION BEFORE CHRISTMAS THAT WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
