Our families need support for many reasons including post-natal depression, the illness of a parent or child, disability, bereavement or social isolation. For the second year running Take a Break magazine have organised "World Wedding Day". There is no limitation as to what to do on the day other than wearing your wedding dress and raising money for charity. This seems like too good an opportunity to miss out on. So we have decided to have a "wear your wedding dress to work day" on Friday 17th August.

Home-Start UK staff are paying to wear their wedding dress to work on the day. All proceeds will go to Home-Start UK, and some of our photos and funds raised will hopefully appear in Take a Break magazine.
